Q: What is the structure of NOMOS?

NOMOS is a network of independent law firms; not a legal entity . Its governing body is the Board comprised of a Chairman and two Board Members. The role of Treasurer is currently held by Felix a spol., Attorneys at Law, Czech Republic. Each member firm appoints a dedicated contact person for network-related matters.

Q: What is the purpose of NOMOS annual meetings?

NOMOS holds an annual meeting, which is hosted by a different member firm each year. A budget is provided to cover the meeting’s costs. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know each other in person , exchange best practices, and strengthen relationships not only between contact persons but across entire firms. To broaden the network’s scope and secure its continuity into the future, younger colleagues are invited to the annual meeting.
