Who Can Join and What We Expect
To maintain the high standards of our network, each member firm must meet the following conditions:
- Independence – must operate as an independent law firm, not as part of an international corporate structure.
- Professional Excellence – demonstrates expertise and a strong reputation in its jurisdiction.
- Ethical Standards – is compliant with the professional and ethical standards of its country.
- Active Participation – is willing to attend network meetings, share experience, and contribute to mutual referrals.
- Language Competence – has at least one contact person fluent in English.
- English-Language Website – has a website available in English.
- Annual Membership Fee – contributes an annual fee, which supports the administration of the network and its activities, such as meetings and events.
