Szecskay Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce that Dr. Gusztáv Bacher, partner and head of the firm’s IP practice, has been elected President of the Hungarian Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).

Each year, Felix a spol. organizes moot court competitions for law students to stay closely connected with the next generation of legal professionals. These events simulate real court proceedings, develop practical advocacy skills, and often lead to long-term cooperation, with some participants later joining our firm as student interns or junior associates.

Felix a spol., in cooperation with the VŠEHRD student legal association, announces a new edition of the Moot Court competition for law students, this time with a focus on insolvency law.

In Prague, on November 27th and 28th, 2025, Felix a spol. hosted the annual meeting of the NOMOS network of European law firms. The main part of the program was devoted to sharing news among member firms and discussing further development of the network.
